Scrappy is very cute! Chris and I went by the Build A Bear place last week and I wanted to make a custom Cookie Monster sooo bad. If you don't mind me asking, how much did he cost you (if you mention this in the post below, sorry-I was heading there next)?

With tax, he was $41. Which I thought was very reasonable. His glasses were $4, shoes were $4, and the scrapbooking "outfit" was $12. I think he by himself was $18.
I was very pleasantly surprised that he was so affordable!
