It just cracks me up! I think I could be that guy without all the fancy stuff like his riding lawn mower, new car, pool and country club membership! :) Plus, I'm a woman. :) Other than those facts, I could be that guy! ;)

ohhhh...i like that one too! I live in a community full of $500,000 and above homes...(not me, of course...i live in the older, more humble part of town), but i shake my head and wonder how in the world can people live like that around here??? they're either already hooked up with lending tree, or they're like that guy...smiling and waving and in desperate need of help...
